ORENIQ makes an AI receptionist that answers business phone calls. That's the whole company — no side products, no consulting arm, no roadmap into unrelated AI.
Why this
Why the phone.
For an enormous number of businesses, the phone is still the front door. A dental practice, a plumber, a vet — the customer doesn't fill in a form, they ring. And when nobody picks up, that customer is gone to whoever answers next.
The usual fixes don't hold. Voicemail is a message most callers won't leave. A phone tree pushes the work back onto the customer. Hiring more front-desk staff doesn't cover 8pm on a Sunday. Meanwhile voice models finally got good enough to hold an actual conversation — not read a script.
So we built the narrow thing: a receptionist that answers, understands, does something useful, and knows when to fetch a person. Nothing more.

Say what's true
No certifications we don't hold, no customers we don't have, no features that only work in a demo. This site marks what's live and what isn't, and that standard applies on sales calls too.
One product, properly
Answering a phone call well is harder than it looks — pacing, interruptions, accents, knowing when to stop and fetch a human. We'd rather do that one thing well than five things adequately.
People stay in charge
Every deployment has defined points where a human takes over. An AI that improvises past its competence on a customer call is worse than no AI at all.
Earn the next call
We'd rather lose a deal by telling you we're not a fit than win one we can't deliver. Early-stage reputations are built on the deals you turn down.
