That's the honest answer. We're a small early-stage team and we're not hiring today — but we do read everything that comes in, and we keep good applications on file for when that changes.
We'd rather show an empty roles list than invent openings to look bigger than we are. There are no job specs below because there are no jobs yet.
If you want to work on AI voice systems and would rather be early than safe, send us your details anyway. When we do open a role, we'll go through what we have on file before we post it anywhere. Nothing you send gets a canned rejection — we reply either way.

Worth reading before you write to us — it's a specific kind of place to work, and it won't suit everyone.
Small team, wide scope
Early enough that whatever you own, you own end to end — spec, build, and the consequences when it misbehaves on a real call.
One product
We're not building a platform or chasing adjacent markets. The work is making phone calls go well, which is narrower and harder than it sounds.
Talk to the people using it
Everyone hears real call recordings and joins customer calls. You can't tune a receptionist you've never heard fail.
Honest by default
The same standard as this website: no claiming what we haven't built, internally or externally. If something's broken we say so.
